Cognie is the AI companion inside HRX. It does not search records and summarise them. It connects the customer, service and people context behind a question, and recommends a next step. The decision stays with you.
Every answer in HRX follows the same path. The order of the middle two steps changes with the question; the first and the last never do.
Cognie reads the question and decides where to start. "Who can resolve this?" starts with the service. "What skills do we need?" starts with the opportunity. "What is at risk?" starts with the customer.
the question decides the entry pointIt walks the relationships from that entry point: the service and its owner, the customers who depend on it, the contracts behind them, the people with the right skills and free capacity. Each step uses what SeOS already knows; nothing is guessed.
uCRM · uSMS · uRMS · SeOSFrom the connected context it weighs what matters most: which commitment expires first, which customer is affected twice, who can start now. The result is one recommendation, with the reasons visible.
one recommendation, reasons shownA person reads the recommendation and acts on it, changes it or rejects it. Cognie proposes the next step and who should take it. It does not take the step itself.
a person decidesEvery Cognie answer has the same shape, so you can read it in ten seconds and check it in thirty.
The numbers that matter, one per context: customers affected, services degraded, experts available, commitments at risk.
The list of factors Cognie weighed: criticality, dependencies, contracts, incidents, teams, skills, availability, past resolutions. If something is missing from the list, you see it.
One priority action in one sentence, and the next step in one more: who should do what, in which order.
How is this connected? Why this recommendation? Who does what next? Each opens the reasoning one level deeper, in the same conversation.
Cognie creates no incident, assigns no ticket, sends no message and changes no status. It answers and suggests. Every action in HRX is taken by a person with the rights to take it.
Cognie only connects what HRX knows: services, owners, contracts, skills, availability. Where the context is missing, the answer says so instead of filling the gap with a plausible sentence.
Cognie answers within the rights of the person asking. A service desk agent and a customer owner asking the same question get answers built from what each of them is allowed to see.
These are design principles of HRX. Which of them are fully implemented in the current product state is documented in the security overview we provide on request.
Most AI answers questions. CereBree understands relationships.
The Cognie on our website is a simulation with sample data. It shows the shape of an answer, not a live system.
Five prepared scenarios. Free questions are matched to one of them by keywords. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
Your services, your customers, your people. Cognie is in development for uSMS; the service management domain itself is available today and can be shown with one of your services.
Bring a question your systems cannot answer today. In 30 minutes we show what HRX would need to know to answer it, and where uSMS already can.
